All sales of the Debt Defense Kit are final. Below is the reasoning, in plain terms, so you can decide whether the kit is right for you before purchase.

Why no refunds

The Defense Kit is delivered as an immediate digital download. The moment your payment is confirmed, every file in the kit is on your device. We cannot un-deliver a digital file, and we will not pretend we can.

You almost certainly already have what you need

The free tier stays free because the paid tier funds it. That is the only reason these resources are available to everyone at no cost.

If something is wrong

We cannot refund the download, but we do want to know if anything in the kit fails for you. Email us with the specific document and what happened. If there is an error in a template, an out-of-date statute citation, or a broken link, we fix it within 48 hours and email you the updated version at no charge.
